your electronic file, which is then matched against prior known SFHA properties. Properties with valid addresses are automatically categorized into two categories: high probability of
being in a SFHA, and low probability of SFHA. We complete standard guaranteed
determinations on the high probability properties.
Full Audit - Every loan receives a
Flood Zone Determination
You send us an electronic file disk or paper report
with your portfolio loans sorted by zip code and street address. We complete a standard
guaranteed determination on each property. This will identify all of the properties in
SFHAs.
Map Change
Management - For Ongoing Flood Map Compliance
You send us an electronic file of your current
loans with valid addresses. We identify those located in FEMA map panels which change each month and provide new standard guaranteed determinations on changed loans. This will
identify those which go into and out of SFHAs due to the map change.
Flood Insurance
Compliance -Follow-up to assure Flood insurance
coverage is maintained

Flood can send letters to borrowers in SFHAs notifying them of their property's Flood zone status and requiring them to get Flood insurance. With each notification, borrowers are
offered the chance to call our 800 number to get a free quote for Flood insurance at the
standard Federal Government rates. If the loan remains exposed without Flood insurance,
you can purchase a flood policy through us to protect your interests.
America's Flood Compliance Plus program of portfolio clean-up and ongoing tracking and force
placement of Flood insurance enables you to get Blanket Coverage on your portfolio against
uninsured Flood loss.
