Tracking Exposures and Letter Issuance

When we complete Flood Determinations for you, they can be automatically uploaded to our Flood Insurance Tracking system. Or, you can provide weekly uploads via tape, e-mail, etc. containing the most recent loan and Flood insurance data which you have entered into your system. Our system will automatically identify Flood insurance exposures and send the necessary letters to borrowers. Each letter contains an offer for the borrower to call our 800 number for a free Flood policy quote at the standard Federal Government rates. You can also receive comprehensive reports about the program's activity.

Outsourced Document Processing
(500 SFHA properties or more)

You send us a weekly or biweekly electronic file of properties in SFHAs and the Flood insurance documents which you receive. We enter the documents (within 24 hours of receipt) to update the current status of insurance compliance. Each week, after all documents are entered, our system completes a review of Flood insurance exposures and sends letters as described above.

Toll Free Customer Service

Borrowers who are notified of Flood requirements by lenders often do not understand the regulations; do not know exactly what to do next; and can be upset. We help a customer understand the Flood requirements, answer their questions, direct them to an agent or provide them a quote for a standard NFIP policy (including helping them order an elevation certificate if needed).

Forced Order Insurance

Properties which remain uninsured need coverage purchased by you. We can usually provide your borrowers a service, by quoting Standard NFIP policies and sending you a list bill. Once we receive payment, the forced order coverage begins immediately. Policies are then sent to the borrowers. With the private insurance programs (through domestic or Lloyds carriers), coverage begins immediately and you are billed for premiums monthly. Both of these forced order programs can be automated.
