One Call Does It All!

America's Flood Services provides Flood Insurance through the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and private insurers. Services include:

National Flood Insurance Programs

Standard NFIP Policy - is available for properties located in Special Flood Hazard Areas, which are A and V zones

Preferred Risk NFIP Policy - for properties located in non-SFHAs (B,C and X zones)

Mortgage Portfolio Protection Program (MPPP) Policy - for lenders purchasing or force placing Flood insurance with no underwriting information available.

The Standard and Preferred policies require underwriting information such as the building type, date of construction, and basement information. This data is usually included in standard appraisals, but can usually be obtained directly from borrowers or our in-house records.

The rates for these policies are set by the Federal Government and are the same rates available through independent agents. When an elevation certificate is required to rate a policy, America's Flood can order one for the customer through our nationwide network of surveyors.

The MPPP policy is a forced order policy and there is no underwriting information required. The rates are higher to compensate for the unknown risk.

Lloyds and Private Flood Insurance

Standard Forced Order Policy - underwritten through Fidelity and Deposit Insurance or Lloyds of London for forced order Flood programs. When used in conjunction with Portfolio Compliance reviews, Blanket Coverage is available on the portfolio. The program is very easy to use, since it does not require lengthy underwriting applications or elevation certificates, and can be completely automated.

Excess Flood Policy - provides extra coverage for high value properties which are already carrying the maximum available coverages under the NFIP program. Flood coverage can be written up to $2,000,000 per property. Coverage provisions under the policy form are the same as the Standard NFIP policy.
