America’s Flood Services is a nationwide company, managing profitable businesses in Flood Zone Determinations, Flood Insurance and Flood Compliance Tracking. Most of our managers have 4-9 years of experience in these businesses and in servicing financial institutions of all sizes. Our Customer Service operating hours are from 9:00 AM Eastern to 6:00 PM Pacific time M-F. America's Flood can interface electronically with institutions of any size, either through use of our SmartFlood Web internet access at americasflood.com; a software disk we provide for PC Dial-Up Access via modem; customized Flood Fax Sheets; or On-line Access through a mainframe to mainframe connection between us.

Operating since 1989, the Flood Service Center in Sacramento, CA has completed flood determinations and written flood insurance policies in all parts of the country. We also have tracked insurance compliance on hundreds of thousands of loans for lenders of all sizes. In August, 1994, America’s Flood Services, Inc., purchased the assets and ongoing business of the Financial Services Flood division of a large insurance company in an employee buyout. In 1998, AFS was acquired by The Seibels Bruce Group, Inc., a large insurance holding company in Columbia, SC. The mission of AFS remains to provide a full compliment of Flood Services to lenders, agents and other customers.

AFS has established communication and systems interfaces with many industry associates such as Contour Software, Genesis 2000, CSC Logic, NCSI, and various insurance providers. We have significant capabilities to establish nationwide telecommunications and mainframe systems enabling our customers and employees to instantly access Flood Zone systems and databases, Flood insurance policy quotes and files and Flood insurance tracking records. We also maintain formal disaster recovery and backup services.
